U.S. Passport On-Line Renewal Coming
Americans will be able to renew their passports online. See: U.S. Passport renewal On-Line
International visitors to Europe starting in 2025 may be required to pre-register on line before travel.
ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System)
International travelers arriving by air, land or sea visiting the 28 European nation Schengen zone will be required to pre-register before travel. NOTE: Implementation dates have changed several times since the first announcement. The effective date is subject to change and is estimated to be active in 2025. See European visa-waiver procedure.
EES (European Entrance/Exit Protcols)

ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization)
United Kingdom only. International travelers visiting the United Kingdom will be required to apply for digital authorization online. It will not be a physical document. The implementation date is to be announced. No firm date has been announced.
